Obviously, I'm no Arnold Schwartzenegger. I'm no TV celebrity. I don't own a gym or make a living from working out. I'm JUST LIKE YOU! Most of my time is spent working at my job, in my case two jobs (running the family farm and driving a fire truck).
Trying to find time to squeeze a little exercise in an already hectic day is tough and getting tougher. So when I do finally
make the time, I want to get the most out of that time. This brings us to the real meat of our exercise sandwich and why so many fall far short on their fitness goals.
